The fund’s activities are based on broad collaborations that allow it to respond to ‘overlooked issues’ through an holistic approach.
Our care system is conducted by country spread teams.
Lev-Otef was founded under Ganat’ GNT non profit organization with the presidency of Mr Eyal Waldman who lost his daughter Daniel and her partner Noam in the murderous terrorist attack of October 7th.
- The Envelope Program
An holistic care program designed uniquely for the released hostages and their families up to the age of 24.
The care program considers all the means and needs that are necessary for an effective long term rehabilitation. The program, based on personal strengths, is adjusted for, and with each family member by a professional team, developing mental welfare through an holistic framework.
The program collaborates with the Welfare Office team and the founders of the volunteers array ‘Etchem’, Major Genera (res.)l Meir Kalifi, and others.
- Resilience in Movement
The horrors events of October 7th have assimilated within all that were exposed to them. Studies of the last decade have proven that the most effective way to cope and grow from traumatic experiences includes physical processing.
The ‘Ganat’ GNT Resilience in Movement team offers personal treatments and group movement therapy dedicated to communities that went through October 7th horrors.
After over 200 group sessions in Jerusalem with Sderot evacuees we know our work makes a difference. Success in resilience and the ability to face challenges in returning to Sderot have been recorded with around 30 mothers we worked with.
Now we thrive to continue offering subsidized movement therapy groups in the cities of Sderot and Ofakim, emphasizing on kids and teens. For this we need your help.
